Hi! I would like to request for a list of all PNR stations in Region I, Region II, Region III, Region IV-A, and Region IV-B that were constructed throughout its history, including those that have abandoned or destroyed. 

For each station, I would like to request for the official name of the station and the barangay/municipality/city/province it was in, as well as which branches/lines of the PNR that it was a part of.

If available, I would also like to request for its year of operation and year of closure. Thank you!
