I would like to request for the following document for the 5 Train Stations in Bulacan (Meycauayan, Balagtas, Guiguinto, Malolos and Calumpit)

1. Letter of approval for ocular visit inside the 5 Old Train Stations.
2. Archives and pictures of each Stations.
3. Blueprint, plans, etc of each stations.
