Hi! I would like to request some information regarding the ongoing Tutuban to Clark Rail Project.  Since according to the designs, it is an elevated structure. Would the line be offering Freight / Cargo service to lessen road congestions by reducing the need for trucks /  trucking services.  Given the proximity of Tutuban station to the North and South Harbor, this would be a great help in easing road congestion.
