Good day, 

I'd like to ask about the process of enrollment for the transferee . 

I'm a drop out student from PNU way back in 2010  due to financial reasons . 
I'm 31 years old and I'd like to pursue my study again .

I'd like to know where should I start fixing my credentials.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.

You can directly request a copy of Honorable Dismissal in the Office of the University Registrar.

In compliance with IATF guidelines for Alert Level 1, the Office of the University Registrar are now shifting from online to on-site (face to face) transactions.

They will no longer process applications for documents and other requests via email.

You may visit their office for your request Mondays-Fridays, 8:00am to 12:00nn on-site transactions. No need to schedule an appointment. You can ask for a representative to apply in your behalf.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to foi@pnu.edu.ph.
