Good Day. I would like to ask for assistance on how to request for my TOR with special order - for board exam purposes also a copy of my under grad TOR since the original copy was submitted to PNU during admission. 

By the way, I am a CTP earned 24 units and I'm planning to take the September 2022 LET, Application period will run April 25-June 25, 2022.

Hope you can help me on the process.
