Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.

You can directly request your documents to the Office of the University Registrar.

In compliance with IATF guidelines for Alert Level 1, the Office of the University Registrar is now shifting from online to on-site (face-to-face) transactions.

They will no longer process applications for documents and other requests via email.

You may visit their office for your request Mondays-Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00pm on-site transactions. No need to schedule an appointment. You can ask for a representative to apply on your behalf.

You may also contact them through their landline number: 53171768 loc. 701/754.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to foi@pnu.edu.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
