Hi! I would like to request information of the following:
1. Total Complaints/Incidents of theft/pilferage of cargo shipments per month/ per year
2. How many pilferage are occurring in balikbayan boxes per month/year
3. What types of product/cargo re usually stolen?
4. Policies regarding theft cases
5. Where specifically the theft/pilferage are occurring in the unloading and transport process?
