Good day! I was aware that the Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) last year 2019, in collaboration with the National Housing Authority (NHA), local government unit (LGU) of Manila, International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), and the Manila North Harbor Port, Inc. (MNHPI) regarding a 5 hectare lot that was donated to the residents of Isla Puting Bato, Tondo.

Would it be possible to ask for the copy of the MOU Document.
Thank you!
