Hello, I would like to request for below data.
1. Monthly Vessel Report or Daily Movement Report which contains Vessel Name, Agent/Owner, Movement (Docking/Undocking), Date of Arrival, Departure, Berth and Tugboat company used. for month of July to August 2023

I refer to my letter of Sep 04, 2023 10:00:49 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Vessel Report in Bataan (July to August).
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.
May we verify if the request will be similar with your earlier request for data for March-June 2023 data.
Also may we verify if you will be submitting a separate copy of Secretary's Certificate authorizing you to request the data or it will be the same WSecretary's Certificate submitted in your previous request.
