(3) survey lot plan and topographic map; 
(4) declaration of real property and lot description; 
(5) design guidelines and standards in port transportation facilities, if any; and other data that may help in the academic exercise 
          (a) statistical data of import and export of products/goods (2020-2023) and;
          (b) organizational chart

Joson, a researcher form New Era University under the College of Engineering and Architecture Department, currently doing a research on the feasibility study regarding the Eva Macapagal Super Terminal 's potential revitalization for cruise terminal.
