Dear Abdel Aziz Musa,

I refer to my letter of Dec 01, 2021 12:24:36 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for SIZE OF CITY PORT OF ISABELA CITY, BASILAN PROVINCE.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please submit the following requirements as provided under PPA FOI manual:

1.) Signed copy of duly accomplished FOI Form; (downloadable at PPA Website https://www.ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/forms_downloadable/Revised%20Access%20to%20Information%20Request%20Form.pdf )

2.) Government issued ID; and

3.) Board Secretary's Certificate duly notarized authorizing the requesting party to process and secure the documents requested in behalf of the office.
