Hi!

I would like to request for the latest active cargo routes for each port in the Philippines. I am only interested in domestic routes.

I would like to give more details on the request.

Expected data will include the following columns:
1. Departure Port
2. Arrival Port
3. Number of Trips per Month
4. Monthly Total Cargo Volume

Dear Monirih Abejuela,

I refer to my letter of Jul 28, 2023 07:59:49 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Domestic Shipping Cargo Route.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

May we verify if this data is to be used for School Thesis or for Work related research. If the data is for school Thesis, please provide a copy of letter endorsement signed by your Thesis professor and if this is to be used for work-related research, please provide a copy of Authorization letter or Secretary's Certificate showing that you are authorized by your Office to make the request in its behalf.

In relation to your requested data, please take note of this provision provided under our FOI manual to wit:

“Section 11. Standard Procedure 

11.1.g.  X X X

      a) For detailed port statistics which are not published in the PPA website, considering the volume of these data, the Repository Officer/Document Custodian shall only entertain one Port Management Office (PMO) on a year basis. 
            Any additional PMO or year shall then be considered as a succeeding request;"
