I refer to my letter of Feb 13, 2023 03:02:31 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Shapefiles-National Ports.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

May we first verify if the data is to be used for Thesis purposes and if yes, please also submit a copy of an endorsement letter signed by your Thesis Professor or if this is to be used for office reference, please submit a letter of authorization.

Also, please elaborate the requested data. May we know exactly if there is a specific port you are requesting or all ports.
