Hi,

I am a former mayor of Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental.  I made the site acquisition stage of the airport project successful.

I would like to study the topogragphic, hydrologic, port delineation survey of the seaport of Laguindingan.  If there is already a project proposal for funding of the seaport, kindly include.

I have known that there is yet no funding for the seaport yet. The government is yet looking for a private business with which it can make a partnership.

But a grant to the government can be more advantageous to it and to the people.

I refer to my letter of Sep 18, 2021 03:09:15 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for topographic, hydrologic, port delineation survey of seaport of Laguindingan.

1.) Signed copy of duly accomplished FOI Form; (downloadable at PPA Website https://www.ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/forms_downloadable/Revised%20Access%20to%20Information%20Request%20Form.pdf )

2.) Government issued ID; and

3.) Board Secretary's Certificate duly notarized authorizing the requesting party to process and secure the documents requested in behalf of the office.
