I refer to my letter of Oct 14, 2023 02:24:50 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Shipping Operation of Manila Port in 2022-2023.

Good day!
I appreciate your quick response to my previous request. With regards to it, I would like to specify my request for the following:
1. Cargo Processing: 2022-2023 Data about Cargo Processing including numerical data in this year
2. Container Terminal Storage: Logistics Storage of the Manila Port Terminals in terms of numerical interpretation
3. Transaction Cost and Taxes: List of the transactions in the year of 2022 considering the different variables such as sizes, amount and taxes
4. Usage of Port Facilities: Arranging stevedores or equipment, berth scheduling, receiving wharfage and berthage
5. Required Protocol for Shipping Processes: Complete list of existing protocols/policies of the three terminals in handling cargos
6. Container Terminal Capacity: Capacity of the Manila Port Terminals in handling massive amount of cargo in terms of numerical data
7. Floor Plan: Manila North Harbor Port, Manila South Harbor Port and Manila International Container Terminal
8. Berth hours and occupancy: The total number or the average per day of berths in Manila Port occupied by a vessel in the year 2022 including hours.

Please be informed that Port Developments were conducted by Private Port Operator, hence, it is advised to secure said data directly from them.

-It is advised to secure data from ATI and MICT who are the current Port Operators of NCR-South and NCR-North
