Greetings of peace! I am Kristian Daniel S. Liwag, a 3rd Year Sanitary Engineering Student of Batangas State University- The National Engineering University and is currently enrolled in my Public Health Engineering course, working on our final project. I would like to request the following documents for our study.

1. Sanitary Permits, certifcates, and records issued to the Batangas Port.
2. List of food establishments operating in the premises.
3. Sanitation Projects and Plans of the Philippine Ports Authority in Batangas Port.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. 

Please be informed that Batangas Port is operated by Asian Terminals Inc. and it is advised that the list of Food establishment and other documents be requested directly from them.
