Good day,

I hope everything is well with you.
I have an ongoing Master Thesis in De La Salle University, and my topic is to "Minimize the Turnaround Time of Ships in Port of Manila". Such involves MICT, North and South Harbor. With that being said, I would like to request the following information for the year 2020:

1. Average Waiting Time in Anchorage
2. Average Berthing Time
3. Average Turnaround Time
4. Number of shipcalls for each vessel type

Further, the following information will greatly help me:
1. Fairway width and length of MICT, North and South Harbor
2. Anchorage size/draft limit

I refer to my letter of Jul 19, 2021 10:04:06 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Average Turnaround Time in MICT, North Harbor and South Harbor.
