We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested from PPA Website under the Port Tariff Item for Cargo Handling Tariff. You may also search the issuances at PPA Website pertaining to weighing bridge facility.
