I'd like to request a copy of the Philippine Coast Guard National Headquarters' TAX Declaration for Land and Building. These documents will be used as records and as a reference.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, it is advisable that you directly secure a copy of  Tax Declaration from Manila City Hall since they can provide you an updated copy of said Tax Declaration. You may check their website at https://manila.gov.ph/.
