Hi! I would like to request for the deed of perpetual usufruct executed between the Bureau of Customs and Philippine Ports Authority on the Bureau of Customs-Port of Manila Building (BOC-POM Building).  I would like to know the terms and conditions of the usufruct in favor of the BOC.
