Yes, if it's a specific restriction/guideline that the Tagbilaran Port follows—hoping that it includes the Building Height Restrictions and site restrictions for architectural purposes.

Good afternoon FOI Officer,
it would be a big help for my thesis project if you can provide all the topics written on the content of the book. such as:
1. General Description of Port Planning
2. Analysis on Present condition and role of the port
3. Demand Forecast
4. Selection of suitable site
5. Determination of development scale and layout plan of main port facilities
6. Container terminal
7. Other terminals
Adding
1. Floor plan of Existing PPA Building in Tagbilaran Port
