I am making a request to the office of Philippine Ports Authority with regards to the monthly embarking and disembarking   of passenger traffic and rolling cargo traffic performance data between Escalante Port to Tabuelan Port and Vice Versa with covered period of January 1, 2023 until   September 30, 2023 to study and conduct thorough analysis of our company's potential target market.

I refer to my letter of Oct 04, 2023 12:49:25 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Passenger and Rolling Cargo Traffic Data of Escalante Port – Tabuelan Port.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

May we also require the submission of a Secretary's Certificate or authorization letter from your office that you are authorized to secure and request said documents in behalf of your office, as provided under the PA FOI Manual, to wit: 

SECTION 11. STANDARD PROCEDURE. 

11.1.c.   In case the request is made on behalf of a juridical entity, the request shall be accompanied by a notarized secretary’s certificate or board resolution authorizing the requesting party to make the FOI request on the juridical entity’s behalf and the purpose therefor.
