2. Total parking fees paid by importers based on the period of in-country dwell time / storage
3. Storage / dwell time fines

Dear Ryan Villanueva,

I refer to my letter of Aug 23, 2021 03:41:59 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Fees paid by Importer to PPA.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.  
Please submit the following requirements as provided in the Standard Procedure of FOI Manual of PPA :

1.) Signed copy of duly accomplished FOI Form; (downloadable at PPA Website https://www.ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/forms_downloadable/Revised%20Access%20to%20Information%20Request%20Form.pdf )
2.) Board Secretary's Certificate duly notarized authorizing the requesting party to process and secure the documents requested in behalf of the office if the data is to be used for office or Letter of Indorsement signed by your Thesis Professor if to be used for School Thesis.

You may submit said documents to foi1@ppa.com.ph so we can process the request.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Nov 16, 2021 12:22:15 AM, your request will be closed.
