Policy on Performance Bonds for Contractors

Requested from PPA by M. Estor at 01:02 PM on Mar 17, 2021.

Estor 01:02 PM, Mar 17, 2021

We would like to know PPA’s policy on performance bonds submitted by their independent contractors who engage in the construction projects of the PPA. Are the contractors required to obtain their performance bonds from the GSIS for their contracts with PPA? What is the basis for this policy?
