Dear jonathan capuno,

I refer to my letter of Aug 22, 2022 02:54:11 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for master plan of dry port and container freight station (CFS).

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

Considering that the data shall be used for Thesis, please submit the following requirements as provided under PPA FOI manual:

1.) Signed copy of  duly accomplished FOI Form; (downloadable at PPA Website https://www.ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/forms_downloadable/Revised%20Access%20to%20Information%20Request%20Form.pdf ); 

2.) School endorsement letter signed by your Thesis Professor; and

3.) School ID if possible or Government issued ID.
