Hi! I would like to request for information regarding the current operator of the Iloilo Commercial Port Complex particularly financial reports. it is for an unsolicited proposal we are submitting to the port authority.

Dear Voltaire Wycoco,

I refer to my letter of Nov 30, 2021 12:35:08 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Vis-Vets Financial Statement.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.
Please submit the following requirements as provided under PPA FOI manual:

1.) Signed copy of duly accomplished FOI Form; (downloadable at PPA Website https://www.ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/forms_downloadable/Revised%20Access%20to%20Information%20Request%20Form.pdf )

2.) Government issued ID; and

3.) Board Secretary's Certificate duly notarized authorizing the requesting party to process and secure the documents requested in behalf of the office.
