Hi, I would like to request for the dataset of the 2020 Customer Satisfaction Survey of PPA.

I plan to use the data as the basis for the case study requirement of my regression analysis course.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information. Please ensure that you submit the following requirements provided at PPA FOI Manual:

1. Signed copy of duly accomplished FOI Form; (downloadable at PPA Website https://www.ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/forms_downloadable/Revised%20Access%20to%20Information%20Request%20Form.pdf )
2. School  ID; and
3. Indorsement letter signed by your thesis professor.

You may submit a scan copy of said requirements to foi1@ppa.com.ph.

Your right to request a review
