I am making a request to the office of Philippine Ports Authority with regards to the monthly embarking and disembarking   of passenger traffic and rolling cargo traffic performance between Matnog Port to Dapdap Port with covered period of year 2021-2022 to study and conduct thorough analysis of our company's potential target market.

Dear Alen Jerome Santiago,

I refer to my letter of Oct 04, 2023 10:11:32 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Passenger and Rolling Cargo Traffic of Matnog Port – Dapdap port.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.

May we also require the submission of a Secretary's Certificate or authorization letter from your office that you are authorized to secure and request said documents in behalf of your office, as provided under the PA FOI Manual, to wit: 

SECTION 11. STANDARD PROCEDURE.
