May 8, 2018 Dear Renée Alviar, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 08, 2018 01:07:27 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Port of Calls in Port of Tagbilaran and Tourist Arrivals Data. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to resubmit your request using either of the following avenues due to some technical problems in viewing your request: (1) Thru Email at foi1@ppa.com.ph; (2) Thru fax at (02) 527-4745; (3) Thru Courier to the Office of the Corporate Board Secretary (OCBS), Philippine Ports Authority, Bonifacio Drive, South Harbor, Manila; or (4) Personal Submission at the Office of the Corporate Board Secretary (OCBS), Philippine Ports Authority, Bonifacio Drive, South Harbor, Manila Kindly submit a duly accomplished Access to Information Request Form which can be downloaded at http://ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/forms_downloadable/FOI%20Request%20Form.pdf and a copy of your competent proof of identification. In addition, may we be informed whether the requested data or information will be used for academic or corporate purposes. Please be apprised that if the request is for academic purposes, kindly submit a certification from your school that you are currently enrolled for the semester and the purpose of the request. Meanwhile, if the request is for corporate purposes, kindly submit a Board Resolution/Secretary's Certificate authorizing you are duly authorized to request on behalf of the company and the purpose of the request.
