Arguelles, a fifth year Architecture student of Batangas State University, hereby request from your good office to allow me to conduct technical research and methodologies regarding my thesis proposal “PUERTO M.A.N.I.L.A. - Metro Avant – Garde Nurture of Inter-modal Linking Architecture – A Proposed Redevelopment and Upgrade of Manila Port with an Addition of Mixed – use Development” as a requirement of our subject in Architectural Design 9 (ARCH 541).
