I refer to my letter of Sep 13, 2023 09:49:33 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Leyte Island to Cebu Province Passenger and Cargo Traffic Data.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.
As part of the requirements provided under the PPA FOI manual, please also submit a copy of Secretary's Certificate authorizing you in behalf of your Office to request the data requested in its behalf.

Good day to you Mr./Ms. FOI Officer,
We appreciate your prompt response, but moreover, we would like to ask again for your assistance if we could further increase the requested data instead of 1 year to 2 years. This is for us to at least meet our objective of ascertaining the growth level of the ports in subject prior to the pandemic. This would better help us to strategize and plan out possible actions on how we can further improve the transportation service of our public.
