The researcher, currently employed at MARINA and taking up Master in Maritime Education and Training (MAMET) would like to request for the data of the number of Crews / Seafarers and Licensed Manning Agencies (LMAs) who were able to facilitate and conduct their crew change operations in the Ports since the inception of the crew change hubs.

Please be informed that we have no data on the number of crews/seafarers and licensed manning agencies, it is advised to lodge the request with your Office at MARINA who can provide you the details.
