Good day po. 

This is Arben Vallente from the Department of Energy Visayas Field Office. I would like to request information regarding the latest list of public and private ports by region and according to its type in the Philippines.  Please also include its relevant details such as contact persons, berthing capacity of the port and the draft limitation of each port.

Thank you for this reply. However, if you have completely read my request, you will find it that I have requested additional information which are not reflected on the file or link that you have provided.  The following information are not reflected on the link of the list that you have provided: (1) contact persons per port, (2) berthing capacity of the port, and (3) the draft limitation of each port.

Is this request offensive?

Requests for personal information and vexatious requests are not considered valid requests for Official Information.
