I would like to ask a copy of the said agreement for the purpose of research and development of Caticlan Port.

You asked for Memorandum of Agreement for the Administration of the Port of Caticlan Malay Aklan.

Further, if your request is made on behalf of a juridical entity, may we also request that it be accompanied by a Secretary's Certificate or Board Resolution authorizing you to make the FOI request on the juridical entity's behalf and the purpose therefor.  On the other hand, if your request is made for academic purposes, may we request that an indorsement of the school stating the purpose for the request with a certification that the requesting party is a student of the school for the current semester.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to us.
