August 16, 2019 Dear isabelle, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 16, 2019 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Site Selection Criteria of Seaport Terminals. Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information regarding port statistics on passenger traffic and Highlights of Accomplishments for CY 2018 at http://www.ppa.com.ph/annual-statistical-report-by-year-vol-1 and http://www.ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/transparency_docs/Highlights_of_CY_2018_Acco.pdf, respectively. It is informed that a copy of the CY 2018 Annual Report is yet to be posted. For your request for site selection criteria for passenger terminal, while you have uploaded a copy of your identification card, kindly submit the following at foi1@ppa.com.ph in order for us to process your request: (1) duly accomplished and signed Access to Information Request form (available online at: http://www.ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/forms_downloadable/Revised%20Access%20to%20Information%20Request%20Form.pdf); and (2) school indorsement stating that you are currently enrolled for the semester and the purpose of the request. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to us.
