I refer to my letter of Sep 20, 2023 08:37:01 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Tagbilaran City Seaport Reclamation Design Guidelines.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.
As part of the requirements, please also submit a copy of letter of endorsement signed by your Thesis Professor. Said letter is one of the requirements provided under PPA FOI Manual.
For data on Regulations on Land Reclamation, it is advised that you communicate with Land Reclamation Authority.
We will process the request for the Development of Tagbilaran City port upon submission of complete requirements.
