Good day!

We would like to request from your good office a copy of the Baseport Statistics  and total number of cargo handling (Breakbulk, Bulk, Containerized per TEUs, RORO per type) and total number of passengers of all the ports in Bohol for September 2023. This information will be used for our internal study.

Dear Zwitzel Plantilla,

I refer to my letter of Oct 04, 2023 03:07:48 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request of Data - September 2023.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

May we also require the submission of a Secretary's Certificate or authorization letter from your office that you are authorized to secure and request said documents in behalf of your office, as provided under the PA FOI Manual, to wit: 

SECTION 11. STANDARD PROCEDURE. 

11.1.c.   In case the request is made on behalf of a juridical entity, the request shall be accompanied by a notarized secretary’s certificate or board resolution authorizing the requesting party to make the FOI request on the juridical entity’s behalf and the purpose therefor.
