March 8, 2021 Dear Leanne, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 05, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Container Statistics Summary 2020. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information. Please ensure that, in addition to all the mandatory fields, you also submitted a filled-up FOI request Form downloadable through this link: https://www.ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/forms_downloadable/Revised%20Access%20to%20Information%20Request%20Form.pdf. Aside from the FOI request form, please also submit a copy of your school endorsement signed by your Thesis professor. You may submit the scan copy of said requirements to foi1@ppa.com.ph so we can process the request.
