Good day! I am Jon Rey B. Sinda an intern at Philkoei International, Inc., currently working alongside the Tri-City Ferry System Project and I would like to seek permission to research and gather data from the latest version of your  book "Engineering Standards for Port and Harbor Structures" .

I refer to my letter of Sep 07, 2022 09:22:58 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Design and Engineering Standards for Port and Harbor Structures.
