Good day, Sir/Ma'am! I would like to request for the following information that will help me during the design and planning phase of my research:

1. Design and Planning Guidelines for Passenger Ferry Terminal
2. Space Requirements of a Ferry Terminal
3. Site Criteria for Building Passenger Ferry Terminal

Rest assured that this study is for school and academic purposes only.

I refer to my letter of Jul 16, 2021 03:59:25 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Passenger Ferry Terminal Design and Planning Guidelines.

Please submit the following requirements before we process the request as required under PPA FOI Manual:

1.) Signed copy of  duly accomplished FOI Form; (downloadable at PPA Website https://www.ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/forms_downloadable/Revised%20Access%20to%20Information%20Request%20Form.pdf ); and

2.) School ID; and

3.) School endorsement letter signed by your Thesis Professor.

You may submit said requirements at foi1@ppa.com.ph.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct 08, 2021 04:41:18 AM, your request will be closed.
