Hi I would like to request the following documents relating to variation orders of atleast 10 various completed projects from 2016 - 2019  of the DPWH, I would appreciate if the cost of the project is 100M and above:

1. Variation order report
2. executive summary
3. breakdown of cost
4. justification of variation order

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the FOI Officer of DPWH as your request is for information concerning DPWH infrastructure projects.
