Dear Ana Melisa Doruelo,

This refers to your letter dated Jan 23, 2024 02:39:45 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Davao Export Trends 2019-2023.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

May we also require the submission of a Secretary's Certificate or authorization letter from your office that you are authorized to secure and request said documents in behalf of your office, as provided under the PA FOI Manual, to wit: 

SECTION 11. STANDARD PROCEDURE. 

11.1.c.   In case the request is made on behalf of a juridical entity, the request shall be accompanied by a notarized secretary’s certificate or board resolution authorizing the requesting party to make the FOI request on the juridical entity’s behalf and the purpose therefor.

Please download the year of choice and the data of commodities from each Port Management Office will show.
