I am Geraldine Zabala, 5th Year BS Architecture student of the Technological Institute of the Philippines, Quezon City who is currently enrolled in Architectural Design 9, and currently working on my capstone/Thesis design. In this regard, I would like to seek your permission and assistance to research and data gathering such as floor plans and guidelines. Moreover, I would like to request if I could be directed to the concerned office or person for assistance.

Dear Geraldine Zabala,

I refer to my letter of Sep 15, 2021 12:43:33 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Planning and Design Guidelines for Port Passenger Terminal and Floor Plans.

1.) Signed copy of  duly accomplished FOI Form; (downloadable at PPA Website https://www.ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/forms_downloadable/Revised%20Access%20to%20Information%20Request%20Form.pdf ); and

2.) School ID; and

3.) School endorsement letter signed by your Thesis Professor.
