I hope this email finds you well. I am a fifth year BS Architecture student, currently working on an undergraduate Architectural Thesis regarding the Redevelopment of Bulalacao Seaport, in Oriental Mindoro. I am humbly requesting access to the following documents:

- Philippine Reclamation Authority Manual
- Development of Bulalacao Seaport
