Good Day! I am Mary Jane S. Moreto, a 3rd year Sanitary Engineering Student of Batangas State University - The National Engineering University and is currently enrolled in my Public Health Engineering course, working on our final project. I would like to request for a schedule to use the Batangas Port for our study. It would include data gatherings, inspection, and interviews to the staff members.

Dear Mary Jane Moreto,

I refer to my letter of Nov 07, 2022 07:42:34 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Assessment of Batangas Port to Chapter XV of PD 856.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.  

Please be informed that Batangas Port is being operated by Asian Terminals Inc., therefore, prior consent from them is need before we can accommodate the request, however, you may submit a sample questionnaire instead of interview and we shall forward the same to the concerned office.

It is also requested that you submit a scan copy of letter endorsement signed by you Thesis Professor.
