While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, pursuant to PRA FOI Manual Revised 2021 Edition under Sec. 4.2.4 " The reason for or purpose of the request for information shall be legitimate, specific, and clearly described. Mere statement of the purpose such as "for research", "for information", or "for legal purposes" or such other general worded purpose will not be considered compliant with the requirement". Your right to request a review
