Dear FOI Officer:

We have read on the news that "a joint memorandum circular (was) signed last November 22 by the NEDA and PRA (which) effectively enforced the strict implementation of Executive Order 146, series of 2013, (and) delegates to the NEDA Board the power to approve reclamation projects".

In this regard, may we respectfully request a copy of the said JMC.

Thank you and we hope for your prompt and favorable response.
