I refer to my letter of Feb 02, 2022 08:12:37 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for List of Private Corporations Owning Reclaimed Lands (Completed and Approved).
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information. Please ensure that, in addition to all the mandatory field, in compliance with PRA FOI manual 2021 Edition revised under Sec. 4.2.4 which states that " The reason for or purpose of the request for information shall be legitimate, specific and clearly described. Mere statement of the purpose such as "for research", "for information" or "for legal purposes" or such other general worded purpose will not be considered compliant with the requirement. Good day,
I have emailed the endorsement letter from my thesis adviser to info@pea.gov.ph.
My thesis is an analysis of the constitutionality of the disposition of reclaimed lands to private corporations. The list I am requesting will help me in the research that I am doing for the said topic as I would like to know the current private corporations who are owning reclaimed lands and how much land area they are currently holding as well as the law that declared those reclaimed lands as alienable and disposable.
