You asked for Letter of Intent Template for Proposal to undertake a Reclamation project.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I have stated of some of the information you requested.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not have a format or template for letter of intent (LOI) for proposal to undertake reclamation projects. However, you may write a letter addressed to our Acting General Manager and CEO PBGEN NOLASCO K BATHAN (RET.) stating the purpose and the necessary details, e.g., " Intent to reclaim an area of _______ square meters, more or less located at _________(exact location). You may send through email at info@pea.gov.ph or send to our temporary address at Building 3, PNOC Compound, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. You may also visit our website at www.pea.gov.ph, under the FAQ tab (Frequently Asked Questions) on reclamation matters, for further information. If you have any clarifications, you may contact us at 8459-5000. 

Your right to request a review.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Acting General Manager and CEO PBGEN NOLASCO K BATHAN (RET.) and email at info@pea.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
