In behalf of our client, Plantation Bay Holdings Corporation and Conrex Realty, Inc., we hereby respectfully request for a clearance from your office relative to the Miscellaneous Lease Application  of Plantation Bay Holdings Corporation covering the foreshore and MLA area abutting their adjoining properties  located at Marigondon, Lapu-lapu City and identified as Lots 3456-A, 3456-C, and 5628, all of the Opon Cadastre.
